Ceramics Festival, Wales 2001 Olsen was invited to build a sculpture kiln to fire a large wheel-thrown pot, made at the 1999 festival by Latvian artist Dainis Punders. Olsen designed his 'transformer kiln' to be reconstructed as a tall vertical sculpture after firing. |
